Cheque payments

When you reach the payment page there will be an option to print your order. Please send your printed order with your cheque. Make the cheque made payable to 'Hazy Dayz LLP'

You will need to add your name, contact details and order number to the back of the cheque and post to:

Telephone Orders

Orders can be place via phone. Please call 07947 241 689 or 07903 875 858 between 9am and 5pm (GMT), Monday to Friday. Calls will be at the expense of the caller. Payment will be accepted via cheque or card.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Hazy Dayz prides itself on keeping its customers 100% happy. In the event that you wish to return or exchange your order please follow the below instructions.

If you wish to return any of the items from your order, please contact us at . We would always appreciate your feedback on why you are returning any items.

Returns must be sent back within 14 working days from the date you placed your order. Returns will only be accepted if:
- The item is in the original packaging.
- All original labels must still be attached.

Please note that Items are returned at the customers' expense and we recommend that returns should be sent by recorded delivery as we cannot take any responsibility for goods which do not reach us.

Unfortunately we cannot give refunds or accept returns or exchanges on any sale items.

Shipping Information/Delivery

All UK orders will be made via Royal Mail and aim to be dispatched as soon as possible.

Our shipping costs are as follows:

Standard

UK Standard delivery signed for £5.00. Delivery will be within 3-5 working days. A signature is required.

Next Day Delivery

We can offer next day delivery if you place your order before 11:00 am. The cost of next day delivery is £7.00. This option is only available from Monday to Friday and is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm.

International

Please contact us direct at for a quote if you wish to send/receive an order outside of the UK.
Items will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared.

Please make sure that your address details are correct as Hazy Dayz holds no responsibility if your package gets lost.

If your items are lost or delayed (please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays that are out of our control) please contact us by email at or call 07947 241 689 or 07903 875 858 quoting your order number and delivery details and we will do our best to investigate this further.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards can be purchased with a minimum value of £5 and have a maximum value limit of £100.
Gift Cards are only redeemable for merchandise online at www.hazydayz.co.uk.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards online at www.hazydayz.co.uk.
Promotional codes cannot be used when purchasing a gift card. If you are purchasing a gift card along with any other items the discount will be taken from that total but will not apply to the gift card part of your order.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
If the value of the items purchased online is more than the total value of the gift card, you will need to pay the balance using additional gift cards, a debit/credit card or Paypal.
If the value of the items purchased online is less than the total value of the gift card, no change will be given but the balance will be applied to future purchases.
The Gift Card will expire 24 months from date of purchase. At expiry, any remaining balance will be lost.
Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
Please protect this Gift Card and treat it as cash. Hazy Dayz LLP cannot be held liable for Gift Cards, which are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged.
If any product purchased with a Gift Card is exchanged or refunded, any money owing will be added to the balance on the Gift Card.
Hazy Dayz LLP reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
